- نضيف البطاطس المقطعة ثم الجزرة.ونقلب ثم نضيف البندورة والفلفل الاخضر الحار.
- نقلب المقادير ثم نضع الفريكة.ونقلب قليلاً ثم نسكب الماء الساخن حسب طلب الطبخه.
- نغطيها ونتركها تنضج وتتسبك ويكون قوامها متوسط.لا سائلة ولا غليظة.....
- نسكبها في صحون شوربة وبتقدري تزينيها بالبقدونس المفروم....وصحتين.
