- لتشكيل المعمول نكور من العجينة بشكل دائري ثم نبسطها على راحة اليد ونضع كرة التمر المعجون ونغلقها ليصبح المعجون التمر داخل العجينة ونضعها داخل القالب وبصينة الفرن استخدمت هنا قالب المعمول الكبس الشكل الدائري والمربع ونخبزهم بالفرن ليحمرو الاطراف او ثم نضعهم للتحمير من فرق مع مراعاة الانتباه لهم لتنجنب الاحتراق 😉🤭.
