- نجيب مقلاة تكون متلصقش وندهنها بزبدة ونحط طبقة رقيقة من عجينة ونضع فوقها صوص طوماط وزيتون ونغلق المقلة ونحطها على نار هادئة حتى طيب ونحطها في صحن تقديم ونزينها حسب الرغبة انا زينته بيض مغلب وفرماج ومايوناز وان شاء الله تعجبكم ونتمنى تجربوها مش راح تندمو.
