1. اولا نقوم بوضع ملعقة خل مع الحليب ثم نتركه في مكان دافئ و مغلق حوالي يوم كامل 24 ساعة واذا لم يكن الخل متوفرا فيترك الحليب لمدة 48 ساعة او في حالة فساد الحليب لديك اي تحوله الى لبن.
2. نقوم بوضع الحليب على النار حتى نلاحظ انفصال الجبن عن الماء ثم ننزعه مباشرة من النار و نضعه في قطعة قماش و نغلقها على شكل رزمة مغلقة و نتركه معلقا يقطر منه الماء ليلة كاملة.
3. بعد مرور الليلة نخرج الجبن من قطعة قماش و نضيف كل المقادير المتبقية و نخلط جيدا مع اضافة القليل من الحليب ليصبح المزيج لينا خفيفا و يقدم باردا.
