- نضع الحليب فوق النار يسخن شوي ثم نضيف الخل ونحرك حتى يفصل الماء من الجبن جيداً ثم نصفيه (لانقوم برمي الماء الى صفيناه فورا لانك راح تتستعملى كمية منه). ثم نفرغ الجبن الى تحصلنا عليه في كسرونة ونضيف المكونات الاخرى عليه الملح و صغار البيض و الفرماج و البيكربونات و الزبدة ونخلط ثم نضيف 3الى5 ملاعق من الماء الى خليها من جهة الى الخليط ونخلط جيداً ثم نحطه فوق النار ولا ننسى نحرك. حتى يتجمع كليا مثل عجينة..
- ننزعه ثم نعجنه شوى بايدنا ثم نضعه في صحن مربع او أي شكل تردينه نضغط عليه جيداً. ونغطي بورق السيلوفان نضغط مرة أخرى بعد ذالك نحطها في الثلاجة ليلة كاملة 🌺 شهية طيبة🌺.
