- بحط كور المعمول بصينة الفرن المدهونة بالزبدة وبواسطة شوكة بضغط عليها لتطلع رسمة الشوكة وبشويها عحرارة ٢٠٠ من تحت وعنار وسط من فوق وقت الشوي ٧ دقايق الى ١٠ دقايق وتخرج من الفرن وتترك لتبرد وبالعافية.
