- بعدها نضع صلصلة الطماطم والحشوة (المختارة حسب الرغبة والذوق).
- ملاحظة: يجب عدم الاكثار من صلصة الطماطم اذا كانت سائلة كثيرا نوعا ما لانها قد تتسرب الى اسفل البيتزا فتفسدها..
- نضع المقلاة على نار هادئة ونغطيها حتى تنضج..
- نرش الجبن المبشور ونغطيها ثانية ونتركه الى ان يذوب..
