6. نضيف خليط الكرعان والخضار الى الدجر في قدر الضغط ونحط كاسة الماء وممكن اكثر حسب القوام المطلوب ونخليه نص ساعة في قدر الضغط.
7. نفتحه بعد نص ساعة ونتفقد الكرعان اذا استوت لو عادها نرجع نضغطه حتى تستوي هنا عادها ما استوت ما تفسخت الطبقة الجيلاتينية من العظم.
8. بعد ساعة الا ربع بالضبط من يوم حطيته بقدر الضغط اصبح جاهز للتقديم ممكن يتاكل لحاله او مع رز ابيض او مع خبز اسمر وبالعافية.
