- ونضيف الكاسين والنصف فرينة (طحين او دقيق) وم ص خميرة الحلوى ونلم العجين وندلكها ب ملعقة كبيرة مرغرين حتى تصبح ملساء ونغطيها ونتركها ترتاح حتى يضاعف حجمها.
- ثم نبسطها برشة فرينة رقيقة بشكل مستطيل ثم تدهن السطح بمارغرين ذاءبة ونرش ببودرة الشوكولاته nova وقرصة قرفة ونلف بشكل رولي ونغلق الاطراف جيداً.
- ونقطع نفس القياس للحبات ونضعها في صينية على ورق الزبدة ونغطيها ونتركها ترتاح حوالي 20دقيقة.
- ونضعها في فرن ساخن حوالي 180 درجة حتى تاخذ اللون الذهبي وندهن السطح بشوكولاته الطلي ان امكن زيادة جوز الهند وشهية طيبة.
