- نضع خليط الحليب في صحن عميق وونضيف الدقيق حتى تكون عجينة متماسكة.
- نتركها ترتاح.حتى نجهز خليط الحشوة وهي خلط ملعقة السكر مع القرفة.
- نفرد العجينة بشكل مستطيل بسمك مناسب وندهن العجينة التي فردناها بملعقتي الزبدة. الباقية وترشها بالسكر والقرفة ثم نلفها كالرول ونقطعها بالسكين ونضعها في الفرن على درجة حرارة 180وتترك لمدة 20دقيقة من تحت ومن فوق....
- بعد ان تحمر نخرجها من الفرن ونسكب عليها الحليب المحلي.وهذا اختياري لمن ارادها بدون حليب محلي يرش سكر ناعم وتقدم بدون اي شئ.وبالهناء.
