- ملاحظه الماء الدافى اذا احتاجت العجينة ماء للعجن استخدم الماء شوي شوي.
- ممكن استخدمها على طول باي فطاير وممكم ترتاح ربع ساعه وبعدها نشتغل فيها انا ريحتها ربع ساعه وبعدها عملتها دوائر وحشيتها جبن كيري.
- وبعد ما حشيتها بالكيري وبحطهم بجهاز التحميص من دون ما اضغط عليهم لحتى تتحمر وتنشف.
- طريقة التحميص هاي شفتها عند اختي بالتلفون اما العجينه بطريقتي انا.
- العجينه مافيها خميره ابدا تعتمد على الروب والبيضه هوه بيعطيها طراوه.
- ممكن العجينه تلزق باليد عادي استخدم شوي زيت جنبي وبحشي العجينه واكورها منيح علشان ما تطلع الجبنه منها.
