- في الطاسه ندهن زيت ونضيف نصف العجين وعليها صلصة البيتزا والحشو والزيتون والجبنه وعلى نار متوسطه ونغطي الطاسه ولما نحرك الطاسه والعجينه تتحرك يبقى كده احمرت ولو الوجه ما حمرش ممكن نحطها تحت الشوايه شويه.
