2. نزل الخميرة ونبسطه فوق سطح العمل على شكل مستطيل سمكو يكون متوسط وندهنه بالزبده ونرش بالسكر المخلوط بالقرفه ونلف بخفه.
3. ونغلق الاطراف جيدا ونقص وحدات ونصففهم في طبق مدهون ومرشوش بالفرينه متباعدين نوعا ما وندهن الجوانب بقليل من الحليب ونخلبهم يعاودو يخمروا.
4. ندخلهم فرن ساخن على 180حتى يتحمروا.
5. لعمل صوص الجبن نخلط جبن وسكر ناعم وزبدة وحليب جيدا حتى نحصل على صوص ونوضعه على السينابون.
