- نفرغ المحتويات السابق ضربها في حلة على النار مع التقليب المستمر حتى لا تتكتل النشا او تلزق.
- اول ما يبدا يتماسك الخليط نرفعه من عالنار ونضيف حبة البطاطس و نهرسها بالخلاط اليدوي حتى تتمتزج مع بعضها.
- اصبحت الثومية جاهزة و زي الي في المطاعم و نكهتها قوية.
