- يقطع البصل شرائح رفيعه جدا ويحمر البصل في الزيت ويوضع عليه قليل من الملح الى ان يصفر.
- نرص في صينية التقديم اولا المكرونه ثم الارز بعد ذلك الشعريه ثم الصلصه ثم البصل وفي الاخر نرش الحمص على الوجه.
- وصحه وعوافي.
