Instructions to make ميني كيك:

في إناء نضع البيض و السكر و قرصة ملح و نخلط جيدا بالخلاط الكهربائي حتى نتحصل على خليط ابيض ثم نضيف الزيت و قهوة و الكاكاو نخلط ثم نضيف الفرينة و الخميرة و نخلط جيدا.
حتى نتحصل على خليط متجانس.
نضع الخليط في قوالب ورقية مخصصة للكيك بشرط أن نملا ثلاثة ارباع القوالب ثم نضعها في فرن يكون مسخن مسبقا على درجة حرارة 170 درجة مئوية.
عندما تنضج نحضر السيرو حليب مع الشوكولاته و نشرب الكيك.
في هذه الأثناء نقوم باذابة الشوكولاته في حمام مريم و نضيف المكسرات.
ثم نقوم بوضعه فوق الكيك و يزين حسب الرغبة و شهية طيبة 😍.
