- اولا تسلق المكرونة وبعدما تصفي تضاف لها ملعقة كبيرة من السمن وتقلب وتترك جانبا.
- لعمل الارز تحمر الشعيرية في الزيت وبضاف الارز ويقلب معاها ثم يضاف الملح ورشة كمون ويقلب ثم يضاف الماء المغلي وتهدأ النار ويترك حتى ينضج.
- لعمل العدس يغسل العدس جيدا ويصفي ثم يوضع عالنار مع كاستين ماء وملح وكمون ويترك حتى ينضج مع التقليب من حين لاخر.
- لعمل الصلصة تحمر التوم في قليل من الزيت ثم يضاف عصير الطماطم وتترك حتي تتسبك ثم تتبل بالملح والفلفل الاسود.
- للبصل يقطع البصل جوانح ويقلي في زيت غزير حتي يتحمر و يرفع علي ورق مناديل مع رشة صغيرة من الملح.
- لتحضير احلا طبق كشري اولا يوضع الارز ثم المكرونة والعدس ثم توضع عليه الصلصة ويزين بالبصل المقلي والحمص والف هنا وعافية.
