- بعد ماتنشف ماء الرز نضيف الزيت ونبخر الرز بالطريقه المعروف ونصب صفار الزعفران مع شوية مويه كادي (ما اكثر صفار الزعفران عشان لايغير طعم الزر) على الرز نغلق القدر وننتظره يكمل استواء على البخار.
