- باستخدام الخلاط أضع الثوم والماء البارد والخل والليمون والملح والفلفل الاسود والبطاطا المسلوقة(يجب أن تكون باردة)...واستمر بالخلط حتى احصل على سائل متجانس وسلس...أضيف خليط النشاء (يجب أن يكون بارد)..واخلط جيداً حتى تتجانس المكونات تماماً..ثم اضيف الزيت النباتي عشكل خيط رفيع عالخليط مع الاستمرار بالخلط..حتى انتهاء الكمية..
- تسكب الثومية بصحن التقديم..تقدم بجانب البروستد. أو الشاورما..او البطاطا المقلية.صحتين وهنا.
