- نضيف الكاكاو نغربلو ونضيف التمر اللي غسلتو وقطعتو والمكسرات الى عندك ونخلط ثم نضيف الفرينة نغربلها دائما ونضيف معاها الخميرة نخلط الخليط قليلا منبالغش في الخلط الخليط ميكونش سائل وميكونش عاقد ونضعها في صينية درتلها ورق الطهي ودخلتها طيب على فرن ساخن مسبقا على نار هادئة.
- انا حطيتها في صينية كبيرة 35 على 25 تقدرو ديروها في أي مول عندكم خليتها في الفرن حتى طابت من تحت طفيت وشعلت من فوق قليلا وخرجتها أنا درتلها مربى وكوكاو ايفيلي وقطعتها مربعات.
