  3. الارز(نضع حله علي النار فيها زيت نحمر الشعيريه تبقي لونها دهبي ننزل بالارز نكون غسلنها كويس ونقلبهم الارز وشعيريه مع بعض ونضع مياه لحد ما تغطي الارز ونضع الملح نعطيه يبدا يغلي ويشرب مياته نوطي عليه نسيبه يستوي..
  4. لعمل الصلصه (حله علي النار فيها زيت وثوم يبقي لونه دهبي نكون مدوبين معجون طماطم في ماء ونحطه علي الثوم وملح وفلفل اسود ونسبهم علي النار حتي تتقل وتبقي غليظه.
  5. لعمل دقه الكشري (نعصر ليمون ونحط كمون وبعدين ثوم ونقلبهم ثم نضع خل وماء وملح ونقلبهم نحطهم علي النار دقيقه تغلي نطفي ونحطها في طبق.
  6. لعمل العيش المحمص (نقطع 2 رغيف العيش مربعات نحطها في طاسه فيها زيت بسيط ونقليها هو دقيقه وهتلقيه اتحمص نطلعه علي مناديل ورقه عشان زيت اللي فيه وبعدين نرش عليه ملح.
