في القدر الثاني: ربع كوب زيت وبصل وثوم حتى يصبح البصل اصفر ثم ١ م ص ملح ٢ م ص كزبرة مطحونه ٢ م ص كمون وربع م ص فلفل اسود ثم نضع العدس والرز والشعيرية المقليه ونقلبها ثم نغطيها بـ ماء مغلي ونقفل عليها ١٠ دقايق.
في قدر اخر: زيت وبصل وطماطم وملح وكمون وكزبرة مطحونه وفلفل اسود ومعجون طماطم و غطاء خل ابيض الى ان تستوي.
ونغرف بالترتيب: من قدر الرز ثم من قدر المكرونه ثم من قدر الكشنه، وبالهنا عليكم 💕🥳.
