- ضربي بياض البيض مع نصف كمية من سكر حتى تتحصل على ميرانغ ضربي صفار البيض مع باقي سكر حتى يتكاثف الخليط ويبيض ثم اضيف زيت وضربي أضيفي البياض مع الصفار برفق من الأسفل الى الأعلى ثم أضيفي الفرينة والخميرة تدرجيا مع لخلط ضعي ورق طهي في صينية 30 على 34سم أسكبي الخليط مباشرة في الفرن مسخن مسبقا درجة حرارة 180د عند ما يستوي قطعيه وهو داخل الصينية وانزعي الحبات شربيها بعصير برتقال مخفف الصقي كل حبتين بكريم شانتي ( أدهني الحواف بالكريم الشانتي مرريها بفتات قاطو زينيها من فوق بالشانتي في وسط شكولاته مذبة.
- نضرب الحليب البارد مع شانتيه مدة 10 دقائق ثم نطلي الشانتيه على ميني كيك.
