- بعد ما رتاحت العجينة نحلوها بالحلال ونجيب تونة الزيت نحط في وسط العجينة التون ثم نضيف فوقه الجبن الطري ونلوي حتى نتحصل على حربوش يشبه للكروكي.
- بعد ذلك ندهن العجينة بصفار بيضة ونرش عليها معدنوس مقطع وسينوج ونحطهم في سينية الفرن وندخلهم يطيبو من تحت ثم نطفي ونشعل عليهم من فوق يطيبو من فوق ونخرجهم ونخليهم يبردو ونقطعوه شكل حبات الكروكي.
