  2. في مقلاة نضع الزيت ونجيب قصدير نضعه بوسط المقلاة ونحط جواته الفحمة مولعه ونحط ملعقة زيت فوق الفحمة ونكتم المقلاة 10 دقائق بحيث انو الزيت يتبخر.
  3. بعد ما تستوي اللحمة نحطها في صينية ونتبلها بالملح والبهارات المطحونة ونجيب بودرة زعفران نذوبها بشوية من مرقة اللحمة وندهنها وبعدين نجيب الزيت المبخر وندهنها بالزيت ونحطها بالفرن ونتركها حتى تحمر.
  4. نحط الرز بمرقة اللحم ونتركه حتى يفور شوية نبدأ نرخي النار يستوي على نار هادئة وبعد ماتقل مرقة اللحم على الاخير نحط شوية من الزيت المبخر على الرز واخر شي نضيف من صفار الزعفران ونغطيه نتركه 10 دقائق حتى تجف المرقة نهائيا وبالعافيه 💓.
