- ونسكر التنور بالقصدير عشان الرماد ما ينثر على اللحم ثم بالغطاء ، وندفيه.
- يحتاج ساعتين الى ساعتين ونصف للنضج.
- بعد ما فتحناه ، شوفو اللحم كيف ناضج.
