- بقدر نضع زيت وبهارات صحيحه وتقلب ثم يضاف اللحم ويشوح ثم الماء ويترك على النار مع ازاله الرغوه كلما ظهرت ويترك يغلى ساعه ونصف او حسب حجم قطع اللحم.
- يرفع اللحم ويصفى ماء السلق يم يضاف الرز المغسول والمنقوع والمصفى مع الفليفله البارده والحاره ويخلط يغطى القدر بطبقتين من الفويل المخرمه (بعد تخريمها).
- يدهن اللحم بخلطه التبخير من جميع الجهات ويرص فوق الفويل المخرم ثم يغطى اللحم بطبقتين من الفويل ايضا.
- نضعها على النار من ٣٠ الى ٤٠ دقيقه على نار بين متوسطه وهادئه ويقدم بالعافيه.
