- نأتي بصفار بيضة و نخلطها مع ملعقة حليب و ملعقة فانيلا لإعطاء لون ذهبي لوجه الكروكي...إذا إردتي اللون البني أضيفي الكاكاو....ثم نضع خطوط بالشوكة...
- ندخلها إلى الفرن لمدة 15 دقيقة و نشعل الفرن من الأسفل فقط..عندما يظهر اللون الأصفر على الأطراف..نطفئ الفرن من الأسفل و نشعله من الأعلى حتى تأخذ اللون الذهبي.
