- نضع فوق الصينيه شبكه او فويل ونعمل فيه فتحات ونضع اللحمه ونغطي بفويل كويس وندخله الفرن ساعه على 180.
- يقدم مع الدقوس وسلطه الزبادي بالخيار وبالهنا والشفا 🌹.
