- نصفي اللحم من المرق ونتركها جانبا.
- نضيف المزيد من الما ئ الى المرقة للحصول على ثلاث اكواب للارز.
- نشوح الارز لدقائق مع الزيت على النار ثم نضيف المرقة ويترك على نار عاليه ليتشرب المرقة ونخفض النار ونضيف لون الزعفران المخلوط بماء الورد حتى نضوج الارز.
- نرتب قطع اللحم بصينية وندخلها بفرن مسخن مسبقا مدة ١٠ دقائق.
- نسكب الارز بطبق التقديم ووضع اللحم فوقه وصحتين وعافية 💐💐.
