- يسلق الدجاج مع استخدام المطيبات ورق غار وبصلة وقرفة وقرنفل ويصفى من ماء السلق ثم يقطع.
- في مقلاة يوضع قليل من زيت مازولا ويقلى بها البصل المقطع شرائح حتى يشقر ثم تضاف الفليفلة الخضراء المقطعة شرائح ايضا حتى تذبل.
- يضاف الدجاج المقطع بعد السلق ويقلب مع البصل والفليفلة ثم تضاف جميع البهارات والمايونيز والخردل والخل.
- تحشى الصمون بالحشوة ويوضع فوقها بندورة مقطعة وورقة خس وصحة وهنا.
