- الحشوة : نهرس البطاطا بعد سلقها مع الدجاج بعد طهيه نضيف السبانخ المقطعة و التوابل حسب الرغبة.
- نقسم العجينة الى اثنين نبسط الجزء الاول و نضعه في المول نضع قليل من صلصة البيتزا ثم خليط البطاطا و الدجاج ثم الجبن.
- نضع الجزء الثاني من العجينة و ندهنها البيض ، تطهى على فرن 200 درجة.. بالصحة و العافية.
