  3. وندعها ترتاح ساعة ثم نقوم ببسط كل كرية وحدها نرش النشاء.
  4. بين كل دائرة نرش النشاء و نضعها فوق بعضها 8 طبقات.
  5. نضعها في السنيوة.
  6. نعمل الحشو 3كيلات كاوكاو و كيلة غير ربع سكر نرحيه شوية.
  7. و نضع النواة كوكو و مغرفة كبيرة سمن دايبة و عطر البندق و نرش بماء الزهر ندعها ترتاح ساعة على الاقل.
  8. نضع الحشو فوق العجينة.
  9. ثم نعيد بسط الدوائر كما الاول.
  10. ننزع الاطراف.
  11. نقطع إلى مربعات.
  12. و نضع فوقه السمن الدايب.
  13. ونضعها في الفرن لمدة ساعة يكون الفرن ساخن وطيب على نار هادئة.
  14. كي طيب نعسلها.
