- نرش طاولة العمل بالفرينة و نأخذ كمية من العجين نشكله و نصنع فراغ في وسطها و نضع في ذلك الفراغ حربوش الغرس او عجينة التمر و نغلق عليه جيدا، ثم تنقش بالنقاش.
- نضعهم في صينية و لا نترك مسافة بين كل قطعة و اخرى، ثم ندخله للفرن مسخن مسبقا ونشعله من الاسفل فقط حتى تحمر الحبات من الاسفل ثم نشعله من الاعلى حتى يطيب.
