- كي تدخل المارغارين فالفرينة نزيدو خميرة الخبز وكيس الخميرة الكميائية ونخلطو نزيدو قرصة الملح والحبة تاع البيض ونلمو بالماء والماء الزهر حتي نتحصلو على عجينة ماشي يابسة وماشي مطلوقة بزاف ونعجنها شوية واحد 5دقائق.
- نحمو لعجينة نحطوها في كيس بلاستيكي ونخلوها تريح فالثلاجة على الاقل 2سوايع.
- هنا بعد متريح العجينة نجبدها ونشكلها كرات ونبذا نشكل فالقريوش تاعي راح نتلقوه على سمك 1سم هنا نكملو لحبات تاعنا كامل ومبعد نبداو نقليو فيه.
- هنا بعد مكملنا القليان نبداو نعسلو فالقريوش تاعنا ونخلوه يقطر شوية وممبعد نديروه فليكيسات ونرشو عليه الجلجلان ويكون القريوش واجد باصحة والعافية.
