1. نبدأ أولاً بتجهيز مكوّنات صلصة تزاتزيكي ونبشُر الخيار ثم نصفّيه جيداً من الماء ونضعه بطبق عميق مع بقية المكوّنات ونقلّبهم معاً ونتركهم بالثلاجة لوقت التقديم.
2. نقطّع الخبز بسكين حاد أو بمقص المطبخ إلى شرائح ثم نُشعل الفرن ونتركه لمدة 10 دقائق ثم نُطفئه ونُدخل به رغيف الخبز حتى يتحمّص "في الفرن الساخن والمُطفأ" ويصبح مقرمش.
3. استخدمت صدر دجاج بوزن "250 ج"، نغسله جيداً ثم نقطّعه إلى شرائح عريضة أو مكعبات ونضع عليه كل مكوّنات التتبيلة ونقلّبهم جيداً ثم نغطيهم ونتركهم جانباً أو بالثلاجة لمدة نصف ساعة.
4. ثم بمقلاة على نار متوسطة نضع القليل من زيت الزيتون وعندما يسخن نُضيف الدجاج المُتبَّل ونقلّبهم باستمرار حوالي 10 دقائق أو حتى تمام النُضج.
5. نقطّع الخس والجرجير إلى قطع متوسطة الحجم ونضعهم بوعاء عميق ثم نقطّع البصلة إلى جوانح رفيعة والخيار إلى شرائح رقيقة ونُضيفهم إلى الجرجير والخس ثم نضع فوقهم الطماطم بعد تقطيعها إلى نصفين مع مكعبات الجبنة والزيتون ونقلّبهم كلهم معاً.
6. نُضيف إليهم شرائح الدجاج المطبوخة وأخيراً نضع صلصة تزاتزيكي على الوجه ونقلّبها ببقية المكوّنات جيداً.
7. وتُقدَّم سلطة الدجاج مع شرائح الخبز المحمّصة كوجبة غداء أو عشاء مختلفة ولذيذة جداً ومغذية.
