- نحضر التمر نعجنو جيدا ونعملو كور صغيره نجيب العجينة نعملها كور ضعف حجم التمر نفتح كرة العجين نضع وسطها كرة التمر ونكورها ونحطها في المول نتاع المعمول لازم نديرلو فرينة باش ميلسقش نكمل كامل الكمية.
- ثحطيتهم في صينية الفرن أنا درت ورق طهي ودخلتهم الفرن المسخن مسبقا على نار هادئة حتي طابو من تحت طفيت وشعلت من فوق ياخذو اللون الذهبي.
