- أسلق اللحم مع البصل والهيل و الفلفل الأسمر وأتركها حتى تنضج.
- أصفي الشوربه وأتركها جانبا.
- أضع قطع البصل مع البهارات في القدر مع قليل من الزيت وأتركه حتى يذبل ثم أضيف الرز المغسول وأحرك جيدا حتى تتغلف حبات الارز بالخليط ثم أضيف الشوربه وأتركها على نار عاليه حتى يتشربها الأرز ثم أضع قليل من لون الزعفران في جوانب مختلفه من القدر وأتركه حتى ينضج.
- أضع قليل من لون الزعفران في فنجان مع قليل من الشوربه.
- أضع قطعة اللحم في صينيه وأصب عليها خليط الزعفران ثم أفتح عليها الشوايه حتى تتحمر.
- أضع اللحم فوق الأرز بعد تحميره وأقوم بتجمير الفحم ثم أضعها في قطعة قصدير وسط قدر الأرز ثم أصب على الفحم قليل من الزيت حتى يدخن ثم أغلق القدر جيدا حتى لا تنبخر الريحه واتركه لمدة 5دقائق ثم أسكبه في صينية وبالهناء والعافيه.
