3. نصب ماء اللحم ، ونقطع فيه طماطم وفليفة ونسكب الارز ونضيف ملح ونخلطة.
4. نتركه على نار هادئة حتى يستوي.
5. اخر شي نضيف اللحم فوقه ونضعه على نار هادئة 5 دقائق.
6. أنا قمت بسكب الخل والبهارات التى في صينية اللحم على الارز.
7. الشكل النهائي.
8. في الخلاط: 4 فصوص ثوم ،، 2طماطم ،، قرن فلفل ،، وماء شوي ،، وملح.. حتى نقدمه مع الارز للي يحب.
9. وعوافي.
