- الارز المغسول والمنقوع يصفى ويطبخ بمرقة اللحم الي طبخ فيه واذا احتاج الى مويه زياده نضيف له حتى يغطيه تماما بزياده عليه ٢ سنتميتر تقريبا وفي اخر لحظه يرش عليه قليل الزعفران.
- يوضع اللحم فوق الرز ويبخر بالوسط يوضع قصدير فيه فحمه وزبدة ويتفطى تماما.
- تحمسي القليل من الزبييب وتزيني المندي وتقدميه..
