- انقع الرز لمده عشر دقايق ثم نحط على النار بصل وزيت على النار ونضيف الهيل والمسمار وليمون مجفف ورق لورا نحمس البصل لين يشقر نصفي الرز ونضيفه على البصل مع الملح والبهارات ونضيف الماء الحار ونغطي لين يستوي نضيف قليل من صفار الزعفران وجمره في كوب زيت ونكتم عشر دقايق.
- بعد كذا نحط زيت على النار ونضيف له الجزر المبشور مع الزبيب وملعقه سكر واخر شي الصنوبر ونحطها على وجه المندي... بالعافيه لذايذ ميمي....
