- نضيق الدقيق تدريجياً للخليط مع الخفق المستمر الى انتهاء الكمية بعد ذلك نضيف التمر و الجوز مع الخفق مدة خمس دقائق.
- نضع الخليط فى صينية مدهونة زيت و ندخلها فرن حامى مسبقاً على درجة ١٨٠ مدة نصف ساعة او حسب الاستواء اخدت منى اقل من نصف ساعة.
