- نسكب الخليط في الصينية التي سبق تجهيزها وندخلها الفرن يكون مسخن من قبل على درجة الحرارة 180درجة ونتركها حتى تنضج دون أن نفتح الفرن لمدة 20د ثم نخرز الشوكة وسط الكيكة للتأكد من نضجها وبعدها نتركها ترتاح لبعض الوقت قبل تزيينها.
