- في الخلاط هنضرب البيض والخل والفانيليا اول حاجة لمدة 5 دق لحد ما يصبح القوام كريمي وبعدين نحط السكر شوية شوية وهو الخلاط شغال عشان البيض ميهبطش وهكذا مع الزيت واللبن.
- ثم ننخل الدقيق كويس جداً ونضع عليه البيكنج بودر ونقلبه كويس ونضع الخليط عليه ونضربهم كويس بالمضرب البيض.
- هنضعه في صينية رقيقة جداً عليها ورق زبدة ويدخل في فرن ساخنة مسبقا على 180 لمدة نصف ساعة.
- عندما يخرج من الفرن نغطيه بقماشة كويس جداً عشان تأخذ الحرارة ويبرد بسرعة ثم نقسم النايتي نصفين الطبقة الاولى نحشيها بالمربى ونضع الثانية ونقطع الزوايد اللي فيها.
- هنسيح شوكولاتة خام عليها حبة لبن ونضعهم في الكيس الحلواني ونعمل خطوط رفيعة على النايتي ويقطع ويقدم.
