- نقشر البصل ونقطع بشكل هلالي رفيع جدا شرائح ونقلبه بزيت غزير إلى أن يحمر ويصير مقرمش، ونضيف وي لبصل أثناء القلي م ص كركم.
- نسوي الصوص وهو بأن نخلي م ك زيت بقدر صغير ونخلي م ك معجون و الكتشاب والشطة أو الفلفل الحار ونخلي عليهم كوب ونص مي على النار إلى أن تثخن وتصير صلصة.
- نبدي نصب بصحن اول شي الرز بالعدس بعده كمية من المعكرونة والاسباكيتي ونزينه بكمية من البصل المقلي واخر شي نخلي الصوص ويقدم ةي نفس الصوص والزبادي.
