- بعدما تستوي اللحمة ناخده لوعاء بدون الماء ونبهره بفلفل وملح وبهارات المندي والزعفران المبلول مسبقاً بشوية ماء وندمجهم مع بعض ونحط اللحمة بصينية ونغلفها بورق قصدير من الوجه عشان ما تنشف ونحافظ على قوامها اللين ونحطها بفرن لمدة ٤٠ دقيقة واذا ماعندك بهارات المندي عادي نكتفي بالفلفل والملح وصباغ الزعفران وشوي كمون.
- نضيف الرز لمرقة اللحمة ونسكب عليها البصل والثوم واذا احتاج الرز ماء نضيف اهم شيء ينغمر الرز بالوعاء عشان ما يكون ناشف ونطعم المرقة اذا كانت مالحه او تحتاج ملح.
- بعد نضوج اللحمة نضيفها للرز وهو ناضج ونحط وعاء معدني صغيييير او قصدير على شكل وعاء فيه زيت ونحط فيه جمره صغيره ونغطي الوعاء لمدة خمس دقائق ونطلع القصدير ونحط الطبخه كامله بعد كذا بالفرن مدة ١٠ دقائق تتسبك بنكهة الفحم واللحمة مع الرز وتقدم مع سلطات ولبن او شتني جبن وبالعااافية 😻❤️.
