- يخلط الدقيق والملح والكركم والبيضه والسفن آب والماء.
- تغمس قطع الدجاج بالخليط السابق ثم بالبقسماط وتوضع بالفريزر قبل القلي.
- تقلى قطع الدجاج وتصفى على ورق المطبخ وتقدم بالعافيه (صراحه اخف من الكنتاكي من المطعم)(ملاحظه انا افضل ازاله الجلد وانتم كما تحبون اذا رغبتم بابقاء الجلد).
- تقدم مع البطاط المقلي.
