- تحمى الطاسة ومسحها بنقطتين زيت ونضع الرغيف المفروض حتى يبدأ في تغيير لونه وتقلب الجهة الأخرى عند احمرارها قليلا أو اللون المرغوب وهكذا حتى نفاذ الكمية وبالهناء و الشفاء.
