3. في نفس الحلة انزل خليط الدقيق واللبن الزبادي مع التقليب لحد لما يتقل ، وبعدين اضيف الشوربة مع التقليب برده بعدين ارجع السجق تاني واقلب هتلاقي سمكه زي البشاميل كدة واضيف رشة ملح وفلفل لو محتاج وبس كدة ،.
4. اغرفه في اطباق وازينه بالبصل المقلي (شرايح بصل وعليها دقيق ومقلية في زيت غزير) ،.
5. انا هنا عملاه خفيف شوية ، لو عوزاه متماسك زودي (م ك دقيق) وبالف هنا 🙂..
