- لعمل الكشنة نضع الزيت في القدر ثم نضع الثوم المفروم ويحرك جيداً إلى ان يبدا يتحمر ثم نضع الكمون والفلفل اسود وماجي والخل والملح ويحرك جيداً ثم نضع معجون الطماطم ثم الطماطم والفلفل الحار ويحرك قليل ويترك يطبخ إلى ان يتسبك ويرش الملح ان احتاج ونطفي.
- نجهز في صحن التقديم الأرز مع العدس ثم المعكرونه ثم الصوص ثم رشه البصل المقلي وبالعافية عليكم ❤️❤️.
